What does my membership include?
As an Elite U member you will have access to both of our locations along with discounted session pricing!
How do I login to my account?
A welcome email will automatically be sent to the address provided. After opening the email, (may need to check spam/junk box initially) you will be prompted to create a password. Accessing your account online will grant you access to updating profile information and billing information.
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password" and enter the email provided at sign up.
How do I update my payment method?
Click the button below to login to your account and update your payment information. Select "forgot password" and enter the email provided at sign up. You will receive an email confirming your account.
How do I request membership cancelation?
To terminate month-to-month membership agreement, you are required to tender a written notice requesting termination via email to info@EliteUtraining.com. (info@EliteUtraining.com.)Once we have received and confirmed your request, the membership will terminate in 30-days.
How do I contact the Elite U Support Team?
Simply login to your account and submit a message under the "Messaging" tab. A member of our Support team will respond as soon as possible.
